FOB (Free on Board) — Most common for bulk orders
•Seller responsibility: production, export clearance, loading goods onto the vessel at the designated port
•Buyer responsibility: freight, insurance, import clearance, and delivery from destination port
•Recommended for: experienced importers who have their own logistics network
•Our FOB port: Shenzhen / Guangzhou (nearest to our factory)
EXW (Ex Works) — Maximum buyer control
•Seller responsibility: make goods available at our factory gate
•Buyer responsibility: all logistics from factory pickup onward — inland transport, export clearance, freight, import clearance, final delivery
•Recommended for: buyers with comprehensive logistics partnerships or those consolidating shipments from multiple suppliers
