What is the minimum order quantity for customized orders?
MOQ depends on the type and depth of customization. Here is the breakdown by customization category:
Standard Products (No Customization):
•Low MOQ — typically 100 sets per model
•Suitable for: trial orders, small restaurant projects, sample-plus orders
•Colors: available from our standard color palette (black, white, grey, gold, chrome)
Standard Product with Custom Color (Pantone Match):
•MOQ: 200+ sets per color per model
•Powder coating line setup requires a minimum batch size for color consistency
•Lead time: 25-40 days (color sample approval required before bulk production)
Custom Logo / Branding (Engraving or Printing):
•MOQ: 200+ sets per model
•Laser engraving: lower setup cost, suitable for simpler logos
•Silk-screen printing: requires printing plate setup, suitable for multi-color logos
•Embossed logo: requires mold creation, MOQ typically 500+ sets
Full Custom Dimensions (Non-standard Height, Base Size, or Tube Spec):
•MOQ: 500+ sets per specification
•Requires new production setup and possibly new tooling
•Lead time: 25–40 days after sample approval
Mix & Match Note:
Multiple standard models can be combined in one order to meet overall MOQ
Custom specifications cannot be mixed — each custom spec has its own MOQ threshold
For orders below custom MOQ: we can produce at a slightly higher unit price to cover setup costs
